Job Description
JAN-PRO Detroit is seeking a full-time Customer Relations Associate. The role involves inspecting the work of Certified Business Owners and their employees, supporting operations and customer service, and interacting with stakeholders using technology. The position requires reliable transportation and a valid Michigan driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $20/hour. Use of a Jan‑Pro company vehicle during work hours. Full‑time employees are eligible for health insurance, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with match.
Responsibilities
Inspect work conducted by business owners and employees.
Support JAN‑PRO operations and customer service activities.
Communicate findings to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of inspections.
Qualifications
Outgoing, positive personality with strong communication skills.
Comfortable using technology and interacting with various stakeholders.
Reliable transportation and valid Michigan driver’s license in good standing.
Full‑time availability: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
