Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience in Training to develop and guide team members in achieving organizational goals.
Proficient in market analysis and marketing strategy development to drive brand visibility.
Result-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in the cabinetry or flooring industry is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
