We’re looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to play a central role in protecting and strengthening Trustpilot’s corporate reputation at a time when trust, transparency and credibility matter more than ever.

In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our global corporate communications team, helping to shape how Trustpilot shows up in the media and wider public conversation. You’ll run a fast-paced, international press office, support senior leader profiling, and deliver proactive campaigns that reinforce Trustpilot’s role as a trusted, independent platform for consumers and businesses alike.

You’ll work closely with teams across legal, product, marketing and public affairs, and partner with PR colleagues in key markets including the UK, Germany, Italy, and the US to ensure our messaging is consistent, credible and clear. What you’ll be doing: You’ll help lead Trustpilot’s day-to-day corporate communications, ensuring we show up clearly, confidently and consistently in the media while building long-term trust in our brand.

Run and coordinate a busy international press office, handling media enquiries across markets with confidence judgement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, acting as a trusted and responsive point of contact

Deliver proactive corporate campaigns that strengthen Trustpilot’s reputation and support our long-term narrative

Support profiling opportunities for senior leaders, including briefings, messaging and media engagement

Help manage and improve Trustpilot’s Wikipedia presence, coordinating updates across languages where needed and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, consistent and policy-compliant.

Work closely with legal, product, marketing and public affairs teams to manage sensitive issues and key moments

Partner with global PR teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning and tone across markets

Track media coverage and sentiment, helping the team understand reputational trends and opportunities

Contribute to major corporate storytelling moments, including Trustpilot’s annual Trust Report

Who you are:

Proven experience in corporate communications, media relations or reputation management, gained in-house, at an agency, or in a media environment

Confident handling complex or high-profile media enquiries with sound judgement and attention to detail

An excellent communicator with strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply

Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities across reactive and proactive work

A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and geographies

Curious, resilient and motivated to grow - you’re keen to develop your skills and help the wider team succeed

Experience in tech, platforms or regulated environments is a plus

Experience working with Scandinavian media (particularly Denmark) and confidence managing sensitive reputational issues-in market

Additional European language skills(especially Danish) are highly valued and will be used regularly in the role, but are not essential
