Job Summary At Huisong, we are seeking a motivated, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join our global team! The main responsibility of this position will be to achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining high‑quality business opportunities in North and South America.

Sales & Marketing

Discover and develop new customers and market opportunities

in Targeted Market.

Achieve sales targets

set by the company.

Maintain and grow

business relationship with existing clients.

Maintain and improve

Company’s brand image and reputation in the region.

Develop new products and services

for customers in the region.

General Management

Collaborate

with the Executive Leadership Team to develop the Company’s short‑ and long‑term sustainable growth strategy in the Targeted Market for the next 5‑10 years.

Develop and enforce

general management policies, guidelines, SOPs, and documents.

Expand and grow

Company’s presence in the Targeted Market by recruiting and onboarding new talent.

Provide

professional guidance/training for new talent.

Assist

in developing performance review for new talent.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience Requirements

5+ years of sales experience in either nutrition supplements, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields.
