Heyco, a PennEngineering company, is seeking a motivated and excited individual to be a part of the Products Sales Team. As the Sales Operations Specialist at Heyco, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. Heyco, founded in 1926, is an industry leading manufacturer of components for the industrial, electronic, HVAC, energy industries and beyond. The Sales Operations Specialist supports the functions essential to productivity, efficiency, and automation of sales operations. These accountabilities include reporting, data analytics, sales process support, sales program execution, and business intelligence reporting, and assisting with operational initiatives.
What You Will Do
Support and maintain sales operations processes including sample ordering, order management, customer segmentation, pricing support, quoting, and lead management.
Analyze sales and customer data to prepare recurring reports that track performance, trends, and activity.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer data, opportunities, and pipeline reporting.
Run and distribute monthly sales, commission, and channel partner POS reports.
Assist with sales forecasting by gathering, validating, and organizing data; prepare supporting materials for quarterly business reviews and leadership meetings.
Maintain sales databases and channel partner point-of-sale data to support reporting and forecast accuracy.
Work closely with the field sales team to understand day-to-day operational needs and provide timely support.
Execute sales operations initiatives and process improvements as directed by sales leadership.
Create, update, and maintain sales documentation including SOPs, job aids, templates, and standard reports.
Coordinate and support the execution of sales campaigns and promotions with channel partners.
Provide training and ongoing support to sales team members on CRM usage, reporting tools, and sales operations processes.
Prepare reports, dashboards, charts, and PowerPoint presentations using data from CRM, POS, and ERP systems.
Support planning and logistics for sales meetings, customer events, and trade shows.

Requirements
Authorization to Work: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company is not able to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future.
BA/BS in Business, Marketing Research or Statistics is preferred.
Three to five years of data mining/data analysis.
Experience with ERP systems and CRM (i.e., HubSpot).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Excellent PC skills including MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
