Qualcomm’s Creative Studio team seeks a Studio Operations Staff Specialist to join our growing creative team. This role requires a skilled orchestrator of creative production across multiple mediums (video, motion/animation, print, environmental) concurrently while meeting the high quality and responsive turn times needed for our fast‑paced business. Drive Studio projects from project intake to final delivery, working closely with the creative leads, producers, editors and designers to keep project deliverables on target and on time. Collaborate across Studio and with stakeholders, executives and approvers to ensure final project meets all requirements. Key Responsibilities

Project Intake and Resource Management

Oversee intake of all Studio requests from One Marketing, triaging projects and making recommendations to Studio leadership on resourcing Review or help develop creative briefs to ensure all critical information for successful execution is present Collaborate on creative capacity planning with video lead, design lead and Studio leadership Drive optimization of project intake tools for workflow efficiency and team visibility Project and Workflow Management

Develop, track and maintain project timelines for video and creative production deliverables to ensure delivery deadlines are met, using Workfront as the primary tool for project and task management Lead client communications to ensure visibility into project status, required information and approvals are received Manage review processes both within Creative Studio and with client(s), executives, and with legal, brand and other compliance checks as needed Facilitate weekly project status meetings, daily check‑ins and creative reviews, act as the go‑to resource for tracking deliverables Support video production on‑set Studio Operations and Process Optimization

Work with video and creative leads and Studio leadership to continually evolve ways of working to streamline creative workflows and improve collaboration internally and with clients Partner with cross‑functional teams to refine creative briefing, feedback loops, and approvals ensuring seamless execution Assist in managing relationships with clients and agencies Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a creative studio or advertising agency, including roles as project coordinator/manager or operations staff. Experience in or with the tech industry, particularly in mobile, automotive, XR, compute, and IoT is extremely preferred. Required Skills

Project Management – Strong project management skills are critical, including the ability to develop workback timelines to meet key milestones and deadlines while overcoming challenges such as limited resources, multiple feedback cycles, incomplete information, etc. Workflow Optimization – The ability to analyze project workflows and identify inefficiencies or other opportunities for improvement Communication – Strong communication skills are mandatory, including verbal for meeting management and presenting plans and written for briefs and emails Collaboration – The ability to work collaboratively with creatives, Studio leadership and stakeholders Self‑Motivated problem solver – Proactive and driven, with the ability to take initiative and manage projects independently. Strong problem‑solving skills to address challenges and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines. Technical Skills

Mastery of Adobe Workfront Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. Associate’s degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. EEO Statement

Pay range: $111,200.00 - $166,800.00 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants.
