Job Description You start off in aninside/outside sales role where you sell B2B and go on meetings as wells as take clients to lunches/dinners,etc. Development is very important to our organization; we want to make sure give every new employee all the training, tools and resources they need to be successful. We make sure you fully understand the industry, sales cycle, etc. to help you be fully prepared and successful in the sales manager position. It is a fast paced, exciting team environment. Our office is based in Schaumburg, IL.
Qualifications
Conduct a minimum of 100 sales calls a day to generate business to getface to face meetings
Develop network of candidates and maintain relationships
Develop business leads locally and nationally
Strategically source and qualify candidates through inventive recruiting methods and interviewing techniques
Work closely with executives and team members to support customer needs
