Roseville, CA . This position is based on-site and plays a critical role in daily plant operations and customer coordination.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while serving as the primary point of contact between customers, sales, and production teams.
Plant Sales Coordinator in Roseville, California – Compensation & Schedule
Bonus Potential: Up to $5,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Plant Sales Coordinator in Roseville, California – Qualifications
2–4 years of customer service, sales coordination, or administrative experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain highly responsive in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Passion for customer satisfaction and supporting sales strategies
Education: Associate degree preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with 2–4 years of relevant experience
Plant Sales Coordinator in Roseville, California – Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact at the plant for customer inquiries
Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and via email in a timely and professional manner
Research customer requests and provide accurate, prompt information
Act as the liaison between customers, sales, and production teams
Order Management & Accounts Support
Process and organize new orders in accordance with company procedures
Provide proactive job status updates and processing insights
Facilitate retail parts sales as needed
Distribute invoices and assist with accounts receivable collection processes
Production & Scheduling Coordination
Communicate with customers regarding chassis availability, VINs, scheduling, and production updates
Attend and contribute to weekly production meetings
Track and report chassis availability
Maintain real-time system updates using the Plant Sales Coordinator tracking template
Ensure all order and production data remains accurate and current
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate customer deliveries and pickups with the Logistics Manager on a weekly basis
Manage logistics details to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met
Additional Duties
Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, see, and hear regularly
Moderate noise level typical of a manufacturing plant environment

Working knowledge of database systems, inventory software, and order processing platforms
