Up to 50% travel. Actively engage with national and division stakeholders with builders to strengthen relationships and demonstrate the value proposition of Lennox National Accounts. Maintains key relationships and grows business with one or more assigned national or regional channel partners. Work closely with Lennox Sales and Stores teams across regions to drive collaboration and support with builders and Lennox dealers Collaborates with assigned channel partners and assists with marketing initiatives, go to market product positioning Utilize financial insights to analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop profitable strategies that benefit both the company and the builders. Conduct systematic, consistent management / partnership meetings with key decision makers to understand and align on common goals and corresponding activities that help to strengthen the business relationship Create structured account plans with clear objectives, timelines, and measurable outcomes to ensure alignment with national builder goals and Lennox Lead contract negotiations with national and regional channel partners to ensure healthy, sustainable growth. Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion with new national partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a structured approach, capable of implementing systematic account management strategies and creating plans that align with broader company goals to address current gaps in structure. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, assess account profitability, and develop strategies that maximize growth and profitability for both the builder, and Lennox National Accounts. They should have demonstrated success in selling complex solutions in the HVAC industry or other fields, with the ability to shift from transactional selling to a value-based, solution-oriented approach. A proactive and competitive mindset is essential, with a track record of outperforming competitors through strategic initiatives, proactive engagement, and a relentless focus on achieving measurable outcomes. The candidate must be a collaborative team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, and experienced in collaborating with sales teams during builder visits to enhance relationships and deliver on the National Accounts value proposition. Expertise in national account management is preferred but not required, with a particular emphasis on engaging with larger divisions to maximize impact, and comfort managing relationships across multiple regions while prioritizing in-person engagement. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills are critical, including expert abilities in listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is required. 3+ years of related experience in account management, sales, or business development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce are required. What We Offer

Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $100,800 to $132,300 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
