We’re seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager to build and manage relationships with contractors, distributors, and other industry partners who support our energy efficiency programs. This role ensures trade allies are engaged, trained, and equipped to promote program offerings and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a network of trade allies through regular communication and support

Provide training on program requirements, incentives, and best practices

Monitor partner performance and help optimize results

Recruit new trade allies to expand market reach

Assist partners with project submissions and compliance requirements

Track activities and maintain accurate data in CRM systems

Qualifications

2–4 years in account management, partnerships, energy programs, HVAC, construction, or related fields

Strong communication, relationship building, and problem solving skills

Ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools
