Position Summary ECCO is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Independent Golf Sales Representative to expand our presence in the golf market. This individual will represent ECCO GOLF footwear across a designated territory, building strong relationships with green grass accounts, golf shops, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and sell ECCO GOLF footwear to accounts within your territory
Prospect and develop new business relationships with golf courses and retailers
Manage and grow existing accounts through excellent service and follow‑up
Coordinate seasonal pre‑books, product presentations, and in‑store merchandising
Provide product training and support to account staff
Attend regional and national trade shows and events as needed
Deliver timely reporting and market feedback to ECCO management
Qualifications
2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the golf or footwear industry
Strong network of golf professionals, buyers, and retailers in assigned territory
Passion for golf and knowledge of the industry landscape
Self‑starter with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the territory
