Responsibilities We are looking for aTalent Acquisition Partnertojoin Crash Champions.As aTA Partner, you willbe responsible forsourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely withoperationalhiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, you will be involved in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.This role will own reporting and interaction with operational leads to communicate talent acquisition updates.This is aremoteposition, sitting within the geographical region of support. Candidates must be willing to travel to support recruiting initiatives.
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of theshop’s uniqueneeds for every role, and to meet hiring goals and expectations
Manage the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of open rolesfromposting to onboarding
Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
Utilizing the Talent Acquisition toolsandresources available to become a subject matter expert in the geographical region and roles unique compensation and payment structuresandeducate when necessary
Evaluate and prequalify candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements
Present top-qualified candidates to the hiring manager with detailed notes and recommendationsandcollaborate with the hiring manager to schedule and organize follow-up interviews and manage the interview process
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media,community outreach,networking events, and employee referrals
Maintainrequisitions, ensuring that data withinour ATS (iCIMS) isaccurateand up to date for reporting and KPI management.
Update Staffing Reports andstoryboards for leadership meetings
Establish Subject Matter Expertise in thegeographicalareas of support, working with operationalleaders to understand the unique needs of their shops androleswhileeducatingmanagers on market hiring trends.
Work toproactivelycreate andmaintaina database of qualified candidatesthrough our internal CRM and Indeed,to choose from when positions become open
Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of theirshops and regions,hiring needs, and job specifications
Inform and educate hiring managersoncompensation expectations specific to geographical areas,andassistthem with extendingjob offers and negotiatingterms of employment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 3+ years ofprogressiveexperience in recruitingrequired, with corporate and leadership recruitment experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree inhuman resources, Business or Psychology preferred
Proficiencyin Word, Excel, and PowerPointrequired
Comfortable interacting with and influencing key decision makers.
Must be organized, detail oriented andpossessthe ability tomultitask
Must be an independent thinker, problem solver and results focused professional
Strong negotiation, communication, research, and analytical skills
Experience in developing recruitment strategies
Excellent working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
25% travel in marketrequired
