Kevin Laycock Named VP Of Sales & Order To Ship At PBI-Gordon

PBI-Gordon Corporation has appointed industry veteran Kevin Laycock as Vice President of Sales and Order to Ship. January 16, 2026 PBI-Gordon Corporation has named Kevin Laycock as Vice President of Sales and Order to Ship, where he will oversee sales strategy and execution across the company’s operations. In this role, Laycock will be responsible for guiding commercial strategy, supporting revenue growth initiatives, and working with cross-functional teams to strengthen customer engagement and operational alignment. His appointment supports PBI-Gordon’s continued focus on sales leadership and organizational effectiveness. Laycock brings more than two decades of experience in the turf, landscape, and agricultural sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Category Management at SiteOne Landscape Supply. He has also held leadership positions at FMC Agricultural Solutions and Bayer CropScience, with experience spanning professional, consumer, and distribution channels. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Strategy from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University. Laycock has also served as a past president and board member of Project EverGreen.
