Job Title: Sales Assistant

Pay: $26 – $29 / hour (Contract) | Estimated Salary Range Upon Conversion: $55,000–$65,000
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients, a growing organization in the hospitality and catering space, to hire a Sales Assistant to support a fast‑paced, revenue‑focused sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long‑term career in sales, client services, or hospitality operations.
Job Description: The Sales Assistant will provide administrative and sales enablement support to sales executives, helping drive operational efficiency and revenue growth. This role works closely with sales leadership and operations teams and offers exposure to event sales, client interaction, and proposal development in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales executives with day‑to‑day administrative and sales‑related tasks
Process incoming orders, track updates, and assist with invoicing and billing
Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination for the sales team
Review daily menus and event details to ensure accuracy and readiness
Prepare materials for operations meetings and assist with coordination as needed
Draft proposals, assist with menu development, and support event planning efforts
Respond to inquiries, gather detailed client information, and ensure timely follow‑up
Assist with post‑event communication, including client follow‑ups and documentation
Support marketing initiatives such as mailings, prospect list updates, and inventory tracking
Attend events occasionally to provide on‑site support
Maintain accurate records, reports, and inquiry tracking tools
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in administrative support, sales assistance, or sales enablement
Interest in growing into a sales or client‑facing role
Experience supporting fast‑paced, revenue‑driven teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline‑driven environment
Customer‑service mindset with a professional demeanor
High school diploma required; additional administrative or office certifications are a plus
Additional Details:
