Trainee Entry-Level Parts Counter Associate
to join our Parts Department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in the automotive industry who wants to learn dealership operations and grow within a parts or service career.
About the Role As a Trainee Parts Counter Associate, you will work closely with our experienced parts team to learn parts operations, inventory systems, and customer support. We are looking for someone eager to learn, dependable, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
Assist customers and technicians with parts requests
Learn how to identify, locate, and order automotive parts
Support inventory control, stocking, and organization
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and warehouse area
Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians
Follow dealership procedures and safety standards
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
Authorized to work in the United States
Interest in the automotive industry (prior parts or dealership experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
