We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive
Fleet Specialist
to manage and support our growing fleet of service vehicles. You’ll ensure our trucks are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and always ready to roll.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day management of company vehicles and equipment
Schedule and track preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Coordinate with vendors, mechanics, and dealerships
Monitor vehicle usage, fuel, mileage, and GPS/telematics data
Maintain accurate fleet records (registrations, insurance, inspections)
Support vehicle onboarding/offboarding for new hires and terminations
Help support the warehouse if needed
Qualifications
2+ years of fleet management, logistics, or related experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards
Ability to communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, and leadership
Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
