What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and maintain relationships within the retirement plan ecosystem to drive new business and retain existing assets
Identify business opportunities and conduct in-depth meetings on investment strategies through various communication methods
Collaborate with sales teams and investment management to uncover opportunities and drive sales
Communicate the firm’s competitive advantages and persuade clients regarding investment solutions
Travel regionally and nationally as needed to meet client and business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of domicili8 of 3 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, specifically in DCIO or retirement plan sales
Required Series 7 and 63 Securities licenses
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects
Demonstrate client-focused, courageous, accountable, collaborative, curious, adaptable, and competitively driven behaviors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, investment and third-party data, and LinkedIn
