Clinical Education within Marketing EMEA ensures that Permobil products are clinically relevant, easy to understand and widely adopted. We bring together clinical expertise, product knowledge and market insight to support Sales, Marketing and partners in delivering the best possible outcomes for users. In close collaboration with Global Product Management and regional teams, we turn strategy and product roadmaps into practical training, tools and activities that drive impact in our markets.
Role Overview We are looking for a Regional Product Specialist to strengthen the Clinical Education team within Marketing EMEA. You will ensure that regional teams, partners, and customers can effectively understand, use, and promote Permobil products by connecting product knowledge, market feedback, and operations. You translate user and market needs into clear insights, drive product training and enablement, and support regional execution of the product lifecycle. The role reports to the Director Clinical Strategy & Education and works closely with country Sales teams, Marketing, Clinical Education, Customer Support and Global Product Management.
Location : EMEA (flexible within region) | Travel required
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive product training and enablement activities for internal teams, partners and customers across EMEA, including workshops, webinars and educational materials to increase product adoption and confidence across EMEA.
Gather and structure feedback and market insights from users, clinicians, customers and sales teams to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in each country or sub‑region.
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for regional and global stakeholders and help prioritize which products to focus on in each market.
Act as a point of contact for technical and clinical product questions, supporting onboarding, troubleshooting and product adoption.
Support execution of regional product lifecycle activities (e.g. product launches, updates, end‑of‑life and recalls) in alignment with Global Product Management.
Ensure execution of local education strategy and follow up with Sales Managers on competency skills.
Coordinate with local sales, marketing and operations to ensure smooth implementation of product changes and clear communication to the markets.
Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Education, Customer Support and Product Owners to secure alignment and effective information flow.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field; clinical or technical background is an advantage.
Proven experience as a Product Specialist or Product Manager, in a similar role, preferably within mobility/assistive technology, medical devices or related fields.
Understanding of product lifecycle management and how to support product launches and regional rollouts.
Experience delivering product training and enablement to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to gather, analyze and clearly communicate market and user insights; strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience working cross‑functionally and across multiple countries in an EMEA context.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
Structured, collaborative and customer‑oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast‑moving, international environment.
