Job Overview
DSV Air & Sea Inc. is part of DSV Global transport and logistics, a world‑class provider of supply chain solutions. The Freight Forwarder – Air Export position is located in Omaha, Nebraska, within the Air & Sea division. Responsibilities
Coordinate air export shipments, including scheduling with airlines and managing movement through transportation channels. Prepare and process customs documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Track and monitor shipments, providing regular status updates to customers. Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns. Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to deliver timely and efficient service. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and all relevant regulations. Required Background
Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred. Experience in freight forwarding is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies
Basic mathematical calculations for cost and rate analysis. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge Areas
Air freight logistics and customs regulations. Trade laws and regulations. Language Skills
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Computer Literacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred. Employment Terms

Base pay: $20.50 – $27.75 per hour, based on experience, location, and job‑related factors. Benefits
