Location: Nashville, TN (open to hybrid or onsite) W2 Pay: $25-$32/hr We are looking for someone who is open to PT or FT, Contract, Contract to Hire, or Permanent Placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital ads.
• Create content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to create cohesive marketing collateral.
• Assist in developing brand strategy and voice guidelines.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Manage and maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.

Requirements Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong writing and editing skills for various content formats.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
