Direct message the job poster from Procom The Professional Services Consultant manages professional services engagements with our clients and partners, including implementations, training, conversions, data setup and other services. Through needs assessment and detailed project planning, the Professional Services Consultant will develop strong business partnerships with customers by functioning as a system expert, successfully migrating customers and completing projects on‑time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Platform Migrations Execute coordinated project plans for customer migrations from legacy to new platforms, and professional service engagements across the platform suite. Provide regular internal and external status updates, highlighting accomplishments and risks. Requirements Gathering & Consulting Conduct thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering to align solutions with client objectives. Provide advanced application support and consulting customers on best practices using software. Collaborate with Customer Engagement teams to ensure smooth transition from migration to adoption. Act as a finance SME to advise clients on billing and paying workflows, financial data integrity, and compliance within the platform. Provide guidance on financial workflows, reporting, and all media finance related processes. Participate in internal UAT activities and maintain awareness of ongoing product development and vision. Stay informed on media and advertising industry trends to provide strategic insights.
