Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of an aggressive, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Success will rely on building long‑lasting, service‑focused customer relationships and advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy and return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities.

We prepare all new Sales Executives with extensive classroom and field training. You will learn marketable skills in digital marketing and sales, working closely with internal experts, product marketing and product management specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.

Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.

Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.

Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within a specific territory.

Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions.

Client Relationship Building – Conduct regular in‑person meetings, requiring travel by car and possibly beyond the driving radius of your office location.

Basic Qualifications

Completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‐for‑profit university.

4+ years of successful full‑cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics.

Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment that emphasizes customer experience.

Current and valid driver’s license.

Satisfactory completion of a driving record check prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

Success in building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite level clients.

Ability to analyze data, build out reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends and performance metrics.

Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by the start date.

Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high‑growth company.

Self‑starter who can work both within a team environment and independently.

Salary Base salary range: $70,000–$80,000 + commissions and a generous benefits plan.
