Senior/Principal Consultant

Job Description

Seeking a M3 Maintenance Customer Order (MCO) focused Sr/Principal Consultant for a multi-division distribution project in the flooring/building sector.

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Company’s M3 cloud solutions, specifically within the maintenance domain (Maintenance Customer Orders). The role will be responsible for leading functional and design discussions to drive the successful implementation of processes as required.
• Deep understanding of MCO workflows / best practices, work orders, integrations (CPQ) and M3 API exposure.
• Assist with rollout of global model, new business unit walkthrough’s, gap analysis, cutover planning/execution.

Experience Required

• Proven ability to lead functional and design discussions with clients, gathering requirements and converting them into actionable configurations and solutions.

Skillset Needed

• M3 – Maintenance Customer Orders, Work Orders.
• Experience with M3 integrations/API and Company’s CPQ a plus.
