This position is responsible for administering Retirement Plan Services (RPS) fiduciary accounts, as well as developing new business. Advisors must commit themselves, not only to high commercial standards, but also to the higher standards of trust and fiduciary responsibility./ppMeasures of success:/pulliFulfills fiduciary duties with accuracy and integrity./liliBuilds strong client relationships and ensures satisfaction./liliDrives new business through referrals and community outreach./li/ulpDuties and responsibilities:/pulliResponsible for understanding and acting in accordance with the legal responsibilities of a Fiduciary./liliResponsible for the administration of Retirement Plan accounts to ensure the needs and goals of the Plan are met as established by the Plan document and company policies and procedures./liliAdvise individuals and corporate clients of issues and trends concerning administration of employee benefit plans./liliReview reports of the trust account and participant reporting systems for consistency and accuracy./liliParticipate in presentations to employers, employee groups, and one-on-one participant education regarding plan features and investment options./liliResponsible for communication with and between customers and Bravera Wealth staff./liliKnowing and following current Trust Company policies and procedures, as well as provide recommendations when needed./liliMust maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information./liliResponsible for the development of new RPS customers and additional business from existing RPS customers./liliActively creates sales opportunities with affiliated companies and other referral sources (accountants, attorneys, investment representatives, bankers, etc.)./liliAssist with the development and evaluation of new services and products to offer trust company customers./liliResponsible for developing new business and promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations./liliThe employee will adhere to all trust rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer./liliWill be required to drive a company vehicle with some overnight travel required. Must maintain a clear driving record in order to maintain coverage under Braveras vehicle insurance provider./liliContribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp./liliPC proficiency in a windows environment required, including Word Excel.
