Customer Service Representative – Enrollment Center (Temporary, Part-Time) Summary Colorado Network Staffing, Inc. (CNS) is seeking temporary, part-time Customer Service Representatives
to support the
Local School District in Denver, CO. This position plays a key role in assisting families with school choice and enrollment processes, including answering questions, providing guidance on applications, and performing data entry in student systems. The ideal candidate is responsive, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), customer-service focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Start Date: November 6, 2025
End Date: January 20, 2026
Schedule:
Nov. 6 – Dec. 1: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Dec. 2 – Jan. 20: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Closure Dates: December 24–26, 2025; December 30, 2025 – January 1, 2026
Status: Hourly, temporary, non-benefits eligible
Hourly Rate: $25.00/hour
Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
This position will perform the following key responsibilities:
Provide front-line customer service and support to families navigating the School Choice process for Denver Public Schools.
Make outreach phone calls to families of students in transition grades.
Answer and route incoming calls and emails related to school options, enrollment timelines, and online application support.
Guide families through the online School Choice application and other enrollment tools.
Enter student data into systems such as Infinite Campus and the School Choice platform.
Utilize multiple systems and databases simultaneously while assisting customers.
Complete assigned tasks and contribute to special projects as needed.
Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for families of diverse backgrounds and language needs.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Experience working with families or children in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
Computer literacy in a Windows-based environment required.
Familiarity with Infinite Campus or other student information systems is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential student information.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Flexibility with scheduling during peak service periods.
Reliable transportation required; valid Colorado driver’s license preferred.
Work Environment This role is performed in a public school enrollment center with frequent interactions with families and school staff. The position may require sitting or standing for extended periods and use of a computer and telephone for much of the workday.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Use hands to operate computers, phones, and office equipment
Communicate clearly in person and over the phone
Lift or move materials up to 20 pounds occasionally
