Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands‑on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience. Location : Bexley Mansfield – 304 units, Team of 10. Pay : Salaries are competitive and based on experience, with quarterly and annual bonus opportunities. Experience : Prior property management experience required; experience with Class A multifamily communities preferred. Candidates with a strong background in hospitality are also encouraged.
