CompanyCam
Hi, we’re CompanyCam.
We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.
But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid‑back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!
The Role We’re looking for a
Product Marketing Manager
to serve as the bridge between our product teams and the customers we build for. In this role, you’ll own go‑to‑market strategy and product launches, turning customer insights into clear positioning, compelling stories, and effective enablement across the business.
You'll be a champion for our users, deeply understanding their needs, pain points, and behaviors, and ensuring what we build, launch, and promote resonates in the market. Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Success, Support, Finance, and Leadership, you’ll help shape how CompanyCam positions, launches, and grows its products in the construction tech space.
Location:
This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered.
What You’ll Do
Own go-to-market strategy and launch planning for new products and features
Clearly articulate product value propositions that resonate with target customers
Drive customer adoption, advocacy, and revenue impact through strong positioning and messaging
Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and research tied to company objectives and key results
Advocate for building what customers actually want and are willing to pay for
Research industry trends, content consumption habits, and common customer pain points
Serve as the voice of the customer before, during, and after product launches
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, Success, Support, Finance, and Leadership
Enable internal teams with the insights, messaging, and tools needed to evangelize the product
Report on launch and campaign performance using user data to inform decisions
Analyze in-app user behavior and campaign results using tools like Metabase, Amplitude, and other analytics platforms
Advocate for clear strategies and company-wide alignment throughout the go-to-market process
The Impact You’ll Have At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you’re writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We’re building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us.
In this role, you’ll drive impact by:
Leading successful product launches that improve customer adoption and engagement
Ensuring customer insights meaningfully influence product and marketing decisions
Strengthening alignment across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams
Helping CompanyCam clearly articulate its value in a competitive and evolving market
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or advertising preferred
2‑5 years previous marketing experience required, either as a generalist or specialist in a relevant marketing, sales, support, account, or success discipline
Understands the customer lifecycle and has a user-first mindset
Collaborates with others and is receptive to feedback
Strong facilitation and negotiation between stakeholders and contributors
Good written and spoken communication
Strong analytical abilities, a willingness to dive into data and ask questions
Experience proving ROI on campaigns and initiatives
Highly responsive and timeline-driven
Strong competitive analysis skills
Experience making thought‑leadership content
A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
