A Cleaner World, a trusted name in the Triangle area, is seeking a Route Sales & Delivery Driver to join our team in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build and manage your own dry cleaning delivery route, combining delivery driving with outside sales and customer acquisition. As a brand ambassador, you will engage with residential and small business customers, promote our services, and play a key role in growing recurring revenue. Responsibilities
Drive a company vehicle to provide dry cleaning pickup and delivery throughout the Raleigh market
Actively prospect and sign up new customers through face-to-face sales and referrals
Build and manage a profitable delivery route
Promote dry cleaning, laundry, and convenience services to customers
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Upsell services to increase route revenue and commission
Track deliveries, sales activity, and customer notes using mobile tools
Represent A Cleaner World professionally at all times
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift and carry garment bags and laundry items
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet
Reliable transportation to and from work
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Competitive, outgoing, and goal-oriented attitude
Enjoys engaging with people and initiating conversations
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Prior route sales, delivery, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation $40,000-$55,000 average per year ( $20 per hour + new customer bonuses + commission)
