As a member of our brand‑new bakery, you are the first face our customers see and the master baker of our fresh, warm cookies. Your day begins with greeting guests, taking accurate orders, ensuring every delivery is fast and correct, and baking our signature cookies to perfection. Perks

Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream Ensure fast, warm, correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery Desired Skills & Experience
At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role – preferred Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations Great communication, organizational and math skills Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product Must be 18 years or older to be employed Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays Legally eligible to work in the United States About Insomnia Cookies
