What You’ll Do As a Sales and Marketing Trainee you will represent our clients within a retail environment by engaging directly with customers, promoting brand awareness, and supporting sales initiatives. This role is well suited for individuals who excel in face-to-face interactions and are seeking to develop foundational skills in marketing, sales, and leadership.
Responsibilities Include
Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner within a retail environment
Execute in-store marketing and promotional initiatives in alignment with campaign objectives
Educate customers on products, services, and brand messaging to support informed purchasing decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
Monitor individual and team performance metrics to support continuous improvement
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development programs
