Drive new business growth by actively pursuing and acquiring new customers with a strong "hunter" mentality, consistently seeking out new opportunities and markets. Lead generation and conversion by proactively contacting leads and managing them through the full sales cyclefrom initial outreach to successful customer onboarding, documenting in CRM. Strategic planning by developing and executing a strategic plan to generate incremental volume. Customer relationship building by investing time in building strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high level of motivation and a positive attitude, with a relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborative engagement by working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to loyal client. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration. 1-10 years sales or commercial experience. Technical knowledge in filtration applications or relevant industry is a plus. Ability to travel 50%-60%.
