Roofing and Siding Sales Representative
Lakewood East is hiring a Roofing and Siding Sales Representative! As a Roofing and Siding Sales Representative, you won't just be "selling"; you will be a consultant for homeowners in need. You will be responsible for identifying leads, inspecting properties for damage, and presenting solutions for roofing, siding, and gutter projects. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that what you sell is delivered with the highest quality. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Actively hunt for new business through canvassing, networking, and following up on company-provided leads. Property Inspections:
Perform roof and siding inspections (including climbing ladders and walking roofs) to identify storm damage or wear-and-tear. Presentations:
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and estimates to homeowners. Insurance Liaison:
Work with insurance adjusters to justify "scopes of work" for restoration-based claims. Relationship Management:
Manage the customer experience from the initial contract signing through to the final walk-through. Position Requirements
A minimum of two years of direct sales experience Strong process and results driven attitude Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable using a ladder and performing inspections at heights. Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain technical construction details to non-technical homeowners. Integrity: A commitment to honest sellingwe are a "Faster to any size disaster" brand, and our reputation is everything. Vehicle: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Truck preferred). Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Each SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
