3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a foreman Excellent leadership and communication skills Must know how to operate heavy equipment for excavation, backfilling, and grading Dependable and detail-oriented Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and any other drug screens that are required per company policy Must have a valid driver's license RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and lead basement crews while maintaining a time-sensitive schedule Read and interpret plans, specifications, and grades for accurate dig and backfills Complete daily paperwork Maintain a safe work site, adhering to all OSHA standards WORK SCHEDULE
