is seeking a
full-time Multi-Site Assistant Property Manager
to support multiple apartment communities throughout
Davis County, Utah . This role is ideal for an experienced assistant manager who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a positive impact across multiple communities.
What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our leadership team, you'll support day-to-day operations across multiple properties, including:
Assisting with leasing efforts by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and conducting community tours
Providing professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service to residents, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests
Supporting community financial operations by processing invoices, assisting with budgets, and monitoring expenses
Maintaining accurate resident files, reports, and administrative records across assigned communities
Working closely with Property Managers, leasing teams, and maintenance staff to help achieve occupancy, retention, and operational goals
Helping ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and operational standards

What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate will bring:
Previous Assistant Property Manager experience (preferred)
At least 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, property management, or a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Prior experience in leasing, sales, or a customer-facing role
Experience with
Yardi
property management software (preferred)
Basic budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage responsibilities across multiple communities
