When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting loan files. Support and coach the team, especially the 6 new LOs from the last 30 days – they need a guru like YOU. Run pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and contribute to team success. Qualifications
Experienced Loan Officer with mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non-QM products. DU/LP fluency; knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac processes. Ability to lead and teach file structuring; strong work ethic; ability to build and lead a team. Details
