Grow commercial business by building relationships with apartments, hotels, restaurants, property managers, landlords, and other commercial clients. Visit businesses in personknocking on doors, introducing the brand, collecting contacts, and creating long-term partnerships. Manage your own book of business with full ownership of follow-up, relationship building, and client retention. Learn the fundamentals of plumbing and water restoration so you can confidently explain services and identify client needs. Know when to bring in Field Supervisors or specialized teams for technical jobs. Operate basic field tools (such as running a camera or assisting with digs) to better understand the services you're selling. Promote the brand in your territory and position it as the go-to provider over competitors. Use prospecting tools, weekly branch reports, and client spend data to strategically follow up and maximize commercial opportunities. What Makes You a Great Fit

Must-Haves

No technical experience required, just curiosity and confidence. 6 months to 1+ year of sales experience (any industry). Commercial or B2B experience is a plus but not required. Comfortable being in the field daily, navigating the city, and knocking on doors. Strong communication skills

you may be speaking with CEOs, COOs, property managers, and business owners. Proven follow-up habits and a drive to close deals and build relationships. A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and stay motivated. Nice to Have

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
