Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience. State insurance license (Property & Casualty). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience with insurance software and CRM systems.
