What you’ll be doing

Drive the creation and implementation of account growth strategies focused on renewals and expansion.

Build strong executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Partner with Customer Engagement Managers to align on retention and growth initiatives.

Navigate SHL’s full product suite to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Collaborate with pre-sales and solution experts to design impactful proposals.

Lead QBRs and strategic reviews showcasing SHL’s value and performance insights.

What we’re looking for from you

Essential:

  • Proven experience in account management or solution sales
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Track record of strategic growth and client relationship building

Desirable:

  • Experience in SaaS or HR Tech
  • Understanding of HR/talent lifecycle solutions
  • Familiarity with consultative selling approaches
  • Ability to lead C-suite presentations and negotiations

You must hold the relevant right-to-work documentation for this role.
