The Role
This role will report to the VP of Solutions Delivery and will support and lead a variety of high impact projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate is well versed in the core tenets of product management and has the drive to understand the business and contribute towards the product and the company’s goals. They should be comfortable understanding the technical landscape and utilize this knowledge to break down the work to be done across the various teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an effective road map for projects.
- Set actionable OKRs and collaborate across teams.
- Understand the technical landscape for projects, create detailed scope documents and tickets to get work efficiently transitioned to the development team.
- Comfortable reading technical documents and have experience working with APIs.
- Able to have conversations with technical teams and resolve inquiries in a timely manner to sign off on deliverables.
- Able to create well rounded project vision and manage projects independently while working closely with both internal and external partners.
- Understand what it means to build and support a modular scalable platform and strive to deliver high quality solutions.
- Comfortable with RFP and Vendor management processes.
- Comfortable creating wireframes for solutions proposed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
- 5 -10 years of experience in two or more of the following: Product Management, Platform Creation / Support, Business Analysis and Data Analysis.
- Strong writing ability.
- Experience in an agile software environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership.
- Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.
Preferred Education Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar advanced degree.
