The Fundraising Advisor role is designed for professionals experienced in:
Capital formation
Investor relations
Venture, private equity, or early-stage finance
Advisors engage with founders on a deal-by-deal or engagement basis , aligned to capital raised.
What You’ll Do
As a RaiseOS Advisor, you may:
Guide founders through equity fundraising strategy
Prepare fundraising narratives, materials, and positioning
Advise on round structure, timing, and investor targeting
Make warm introductions to angels, VCs, and LPs
Support diligence, negotiation, and close processes
Engagements vary by stage and scope.
How You Earn
Advisors earn through:
Success-based fees tied to capital raised
Engagement-based compensation for advisory work
Optional deal participation and long-term upside
Earnings scale with performance and deal flow.
