What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Design and execute a comprehensive global learning strategy for sales personnel at all levels
  • Lead the selection and oversight of primary sales training vendors to ensure quality and consistency
  • Develop and implement a multi‑year roadmap for global capability building in partnership with sales and HR
  • Integrate advanced technology into training programs to modernize the sales training experience
  • Establish global governance standards for sales training content and delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or commercial leadership within technology or regulated sectors
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership role with direct reports
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and sales coaching
  • Proven experience in deploying global programs and managing external training vendors
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce.com and sales process coaching

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience leading global teams and managing cross‑functional projects
  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled learning platforms and virtual training tools
  • Top‑tier sales experience with proven achievement in sales performance
