What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute a comprehensive global learning strategy for sales personnel at all levels
- Lead the selection and oversight of primary sales training vendors to ensure quality and consistency
- Develop and implement a multi‑year roadmap for global capability building in partnership with sales and HR
- Integrate advanced technology into training programs to modernize the sales training experience
- Establish global governance standards for sales training content and delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or commercial leadership within technology or regulated sectors
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role with direct reports
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and sales coaching
- Proven experience in deploying global programs and managing external training vendors
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce.com and sales process coaching
