Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership and the Board, highlighting candidate pipelines and market trends.* Create and deliver visually engaging presentations that house candidate slates, serving as a strategic tool to facilitate collaborative discussions and decision-making with hiring leaders.* **Technology & Innovation:** Integrate cutting-edge recruitment technologies and AI tools to optimize search processes, enhance candidate experience, and improve efficiency.* **Vendor Management:** Manage relationships with retained search firms and assessment providers for confidential or niche searches, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.* **Metrics & Continuous Improvement:** Define KPIs for executive hiring effectiveness.
