The ideal candidate is an experienced, self‑directed Designer, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.ESTEFE WILL LEVERAGE EXPERIMENTATION AND PERFORMANCE DATA TO INFORM YOUR APPROACH, CREATING BEST PRACTICES AND PLAYBOOKS TO DRIVE QUICK ADOPTION AND PROGRESS. The Designer will create best‑in‑class layouts and visuals that support organizational objectives while partnering with marketing teams to ensure that designs meet our customer and business needs. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact by collaborating closely with talented marketing, business, and tech leaders to unlock cross‑category discovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present concepts and produced work to stakeholders and internal customers, including senior management.
  • Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies), and steer the direction of future creative designs.
  • Understand usability principles that help drive successful design.
  • Quickly turn around detailed comps/ mockups in an iterative environment.
  • Work closely with art directors to influence best‑practice photo direction for each placement.

Basic Qualifications

  • An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong visual communication, deep understanding of typography, color, print and digital executions, and great user‑centered design solutions.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with nojå visual design.
  • Strong time‑management skills and the ability to be self‑directed as needed.
  • Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and related design and production software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Effective cross‑team collaboration with the ability to work across multiple creative projects.
  • Expert understanding of the web production process; familiarity with post‑production retouching.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e‑commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns.
  • Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices.
  • Experience designing for元 mobile and desktop applications.
  • Experience americanos motion design and video editing is a bonus.
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

sweet and Compensation

Base salary range for this position:

  • USA, CA, Santa Monica – 120,500 USD to 163,000 USD annually
  • USA, NY, New York – 132,500 USD to 185,000 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle – 120,500 USD to 163,000 USD annually
