Empowered Staffing is partnered with an established eCommerce direct-to-consumer brand looking to hire a Media Buyer (Paid Search Social) who will own hands-on execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys being in-platform daily, driving spend decisions, testing aggressively, and scaling performance. What You'll Do

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping/Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Execute full-funnel campaigns: prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused initiatives
  • Manage and optimize toward KPIs including ROAS, CPA, revenue, CVR, AOV, and MER
  • Actively test audiences, creative, budgets, bids, and product/category focus
  • Collaborate with organic social, content, and merchandising teams to align creative, products, and promotions
  • Monitor performance daily, flag issues early, and proactively recommend improvements
  • Own reporting and clearly communicate insights, trends, and next steps

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of paid media buying experience supporting eCommerce / DTC brands (not B2B or lead gen–heavy)
  • Strong, self-sufficient experience in Google Ads (Search + Shopping/PMax required)
  • Working experience in Meta Ads Manager (guidance available on Meta if needed)
  • Experience managing meaningful budgets
  • Comfort working with large product catalogs and merchandising-driven campaigns
  • Analytical, proactive, and confident in explaining why spend is allocated a certain way
  • Comfortable using existing creative assets (Canva experience a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, or YouTube/CTV
  • GA4, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools
  • Product feed experience
  • Strong creative testing mindset and CRO fundamentals
