Enterprise Account Executive, Ad Sales (Enterprise Account Executive, CPG Ads) - DoorDash

Join the Ad Sales team responsible for the advertising vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. We are building an industry‑leading CPG ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s core categories.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive – CPG Ads you will build partnerships that create tangible value for both DoorDash and advertisers. You will manage the ads strategy across a focused portfolio of CPG accounts, drive adoption of our growing ads and promotions offering, and work cross‑functionally with account management, marketing, analytics, and product to innovate on future solutions. You report into an Industry Manager within the CPG Ad Sales in our Enterprise Sales & Business Development organization. Category focus could be across beverages, household, personal care, sweets/confection, pets, snacks, pantry, or alcohol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end advertising conversations across a portfolio of CPG advertisers
  • Drive product/feature adoption, and grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue for DoorDash
  • Represent advertiser needs to influence our Ads & Pros products roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and create annual and quarterly plans to achieve ambitious goals
  • Co‑develop pitch materials and processes to enable future scale of the team and business

We’re Excited About You If You Have

  • Consultative seller with 4‑5+ years of experience in digital media
  • Expert in using data and insights to inform recommendations, rooted in advertiser objectives and business priorities
  • Background in CPG advertising marketing or sales, preferably in the e‑commerce space
  • Understanding of digital ads measurement (attribution to funnel metrics)
  • Strong written, verbal communication, presentation skills, and experience operating across several levels of an organization
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and juggling short‑ and mid‑term impact
  • Nice to have: experience working directly with restaurant advertisers or similar

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary localized to work location and competitive within the U.S. range of $102,000—$150,000. On‑target earnings with commission $170,000—$250,000. Includes equity and equity grants.
