Location: San Francisco / Bay Area

About the role: We’re launching an embedded, AI‑native creative studio for a global B2B tech brand serving 85% of the Fortune 500. As Creative Director, you will lead a high‑output studio that operates as an extension of the client’s internal brand team, scaling their vision with craft and speed.

What you will be doing

  • Lead and elevate the creative team – Direct a multi‑disciplinary team, develop skills, foster excellence, contribute hand‑on to concepting, building and execution, ensuring maximum efficiency with GenAI stack.
  • Own quality from brief to delivery – Manage, review, audit all creative work, run internal critiques, tighten executions, and be the final decision maker.
  • Be the brand guardian – Ensure every asset aligns flawlessly with the client’s guidelines, voice and vision.
  • Partner with leadership – Work closely with the OLIVER Business Director to run the studio smoothly, respect timelines and provide exceptional client service.
  • Flex with the pace – Prioritize workloads effectively in a high‑volume environment, responding to tight deadlines and shifting demands.

Base salary may range from $136,000.00 USD to $152,000.00 USD. Compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience and qualifications.
