Role Overview

Planisware is a trusted global leader in integrated strategy, portfolio, and work management solutions for large enterprises and mid-size businesses. Our mission is to unleash the power of every organization to reimagine how work gets done and outperform its own ambitions. We envision a business world where strategy and value delivery are one continuous, frictionless motion.

With nearly 30 years of uninterrupted growth and hundreds of customers across more than 30 countries, Planisware has built strong competitive advantages through advanced AI‑powered technologies, deep industry expertise, and an exceptional track record of customer satisfaction, resulting in a highly respected global brand.

In a competitive market of mature, look‑alike vendors, our leadership team recognizes that visual brand excellence is a strategic differentiator.

We are looking for a Senior Designer to help elevate and scale Planisware’s visual brand bringing clarity, consistency, and creativity across all customer touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product marketing, and digital, and plays a critical role in translating complex ideas into compelling, simple, and impactful visual stories.

You will lead the design of high‑visibility assets—from product launches and events to digital campaigns and executive presentations—while contributing to the evolution of our visual system as the company grows.

This is a hands‑on, senior individual contributor role with strong influence, ownership, and cross‑functional collaboration, working closely with the Global Head of Branding and a distributed global marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Identity Leadership

  • Own and evolve Planisware’s visual identity across all channels (web, events, campaigns, sales assets, product marketing), in close partnership with the Global Head of Branding.
  • Ensure brand consistency across regions while enabling flexibility for local market needs.
  • Translate global brand strategy, positioning, and messaging into clear, engaging visual concepts.
  • Help scale and operationalize the visual system for use by internal teams and external partners worldwide.

Campaigns, Product & Marketing Assets

  • Design high‑impact assets for product launches, events, webinars, ABM campaigns, and thought leadership.
  • Create sales enablement and executive‑level materials (presentations, one‑pagers, brochures, infographics).
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to visualize complex value propositions, workflows, and use cases.

Digital & Web

  • Partner with web, demand generation, and content teams to design landing pages, digital ads, social visuals, and email templates.
  • Contribute to UX/UI thinking where relevant, especially for marketing and product‑adjacent experiences.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and scalability in a global context.
  • Act as a design partner to marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and agencies across time zones.
  • Provide feedback and creative direction to other designers or external agencies as needed.
  • Help define, document, and maintain global design guidelines, templates, and best practices to scale design efficiently.

What You Bring

Experience & Skills

  • Strong layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Experience designing across multiple formats: digital, presentations, events, and print.

Strategic & Creative Thinking

  • Ability to translate abstract or complex concepts into simple, compelling visuals.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a global, cross‑functional environment.
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with speed, iteration, and pragmatism.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning projects end‑to‑end.
