About the role
We are looking for an SEM manager to help manage, optimize, and grow our existing SEM accounts. You will be managing ads that target both self‑service customers—families, individuals, and small businesses— and large enterprise companies seeking image and photography services. This is not a team manager positionGauge; you will not be managing junior team members.
What you’ll do
- Run the day‑to‑day activities of managing our Google Ads accounts – including reporting, testing, optimization, and growth.
- Research, learn, and test new betas and technologies Google releases for Google Ads.
- Develop growth strategies to increase conversions, sales, and revenue from PPC ads.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and the social media team to create fresh displays and YouTube ads for both self‑service and enterprise‑focused campaigns.
- Improve ad copy and landing page performance over time, creating and testing new copy as well as optimizing landing page conversion rates.
- Hustle—take ownership of Snappr’s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of SEM management experience.
- 2+ years at an agency is a plus.
- Deep understanding of search campaigns; comfortable building accounts from scratch and optimizing existing accounts.
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking,ումն; capable of creating attribution models.
- Proficiency with website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
- Ability to create comprehensive reports on SEM account performance and segment those reports by categories such as brand search, non‑brand search, display remarketing, display prospecting, YouTube remarketing, YouTube prospecting, enterprise vs self‑service, and business vs non‑business.
