Technical Writer / Marketing Communications Specialist (Hybrid – Boston, MA or Andover, MA)

Our Client’s Cybersecurity Solutions team is looking for a Technical Writer / Marketing Communications Specialist who knows how to turn complex technical concepts into clear, well-structured, and compelling content.

This role requires the ability to work cross‑functionally among product, marketing, and engineering teams. If you are comfortable moving between technical documentation and polished marketing materials, you will be a strong fit.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll partner closely with Product Management and global technical teams to create, edit, and publish content that supports multiple cybersecurity products. Your work will be seen and used across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Editing and refining marketing collateral such as brochures, data sheets, and presentations
• Editing technical documentation including product briefs, white papers, SOPs, and user guides
• Applying branding standards and corporate templates to ensure a consistent, professional look and feel
• Governing document consistency across multiple products and content types
• Managing and maintaining SharePoint communication sites used for internal publishing
• Organizing and maintaining a structured, reusable content repository
• Collaborating with subject matter experts across different countries and time zones

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience editing both marketing and technical content
• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint communication sites or similar content platforms
• Ability to manage multiple work requests and prioritize effectively
• Comfort working with technical stakeholders and translating complex topics into clear messaging
• High attention to detail and consistency across documents

Nice to have

• Web publishing experience
• Animation or video content experience
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, OT/IT environments, or industrial automation

This is a hybrid role with onsite collaboration in either Boston, MA or Andover, MA.
