Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Smyrna, GA (Hybrid schedule - candidates that aren't local to Metro Atlanta and will not be considered for this position) Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire Duration: 4-6 months to permanent hire

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who is not just a "doer," but a difference makersomeone who can drive impact, influence stakeholders, and elevate our Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep functional expertise and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring optimal configuration and utilization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with non-technical users, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Perform hands-on data work, including extracting, loading, and validating data within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and integrations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (SME-level knowledge).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsable to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with data extraction, loading, and manipulation within Salesforce.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Apex programming (not required, but a plus).
  • Experience with Figma for UI/UX collaboration.
  • Exposure to other Salesforce products or third-party integrations.
